NEW this year! 3 Locations to Serve | mini-Health Clinic at The Orchard ~ blood pressure checks, dental checks, general check-ups.
When: Sunday, May 6, 2012 | 9 AM
Where: Basalt | Carbondale | Glenwood Springs -
The schedule:
9:00-9:15(30) meet for a brief service at your location GWS, EL JEBEL & GC.
9:30 – 9:45 get organized into service teams and assign neighborhoods.
9:45 – 11:00 Serve people by doing lawn work and collecting food for Lift up – If you’re in GWS or El Jebel you need to stop in time to be at the GC by 11:00
11:00 – 12:00 Celebration~ all church potluck at the Gathering Center.
If you’re in Glenwood meet at Sayre Park (1798 Grand Ave) by the rotunda to either be on a lawn maintenance team or food drive for Lift up. We’ll divide up and see what we can do.
If you are in Basalt or El Jebel, meet at Crown Mtn Park (0020 Eagle County Dr) at the picnic area at 9:00 and either be on a lawn crew or collect food for lift up,
If you’re in Carbondale, then you can be on lawn crew, food drive team for lift up or The Nursing home service. Also in the front foyer our Orchard doctors and nurses will be doing health and dental screenings for the community.
